The Swedenborg Library holds more resources relating to Emanuel Swedenborg and the New Church than any other library in the world. These collections include: a recreation of the books in Swedenborg鈥檚 own library; first editions of his publications, subsequent editions of all his writings in many translations; a collection of 18th century books that Swedenborg referred to and which represent the thought of his day; memorials, letters, and memorabilia relating to his life and works; a collection of New Church Collateral works that covers writings about Swedenborg and the New Church, including newsletters and journals from around the world. The Academy Archives are also housed in the Library. Patrons, researchers, and students can also search information about Swedenborg and the New Church in the New Church Digital Collections.
